All sales are final. Since only a specific number of tickets are sold, we cannot give a refund if you don't attend the tour or event.

 

Tour or event cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, a rain check or refund may be offered

 

Please be aware that the Ohio City Ghost Walk is conducted rain or shine. The only time that the ghost walk would be canceled due to inclement weather is if there would be a risk of injury or death.
